I reformatted my computer about three days ago and just installed Insurgency last night. There's hasn't been any hack whatsoever downloaded on my computer. Not sure why I was KAC banned.

You were banned earlier this year for basically wallhacking by KAC.

KAC ban is valid. This ban is irreversible.
