If the ban check page works then the master server is up.

All that PHP script does is emulate a checking client to the master server.

After 1 minute the tiemout return an "_ERROR"!

I can confirm that the ban check at the URL http://kigenac.com/bancheck.php
is also timed out for me on a ban search on my Steam ID.
