Help with kac?

Is there a .cfg file generated somewhere, or can we not use a .cfg file for this mod?
If not i'm just wondering is mat_wireframe already a bannable setting from kac 1.3?
I searched mat_wireframe and config/.cfg but got no good results i'm new here sorry if there is already a thread about this somewhere
