[Bug] Quick bug i found with name protection.

My friend got banned with my sourcebans from my server cause it thought it was using a namehack "unconnected" so i had to unban him but all he was doing was changing his name a few times to see what he liked.
L 08/22/2010 - 19:18:35: (ID: STEAM_0:0:23912345 | IP: 72.91.170.149) was banned for name hack (unconnected).
Logs ^ But their false since i watched him while he was changing.
