I was recently banned from the alcatraz server, by a program named KAC? I was redirected to go here to find out why I was banned. Well, I figured out that it was "LSS" a lua scripting program that allows you to use lua scripts ingame. Apparently my friend tricked me into thinking that you cannot be VAC banned because of it- you can't, but failed to mention that you could get KAC banned because of certain "vars" that aren't allowed. Not knowing this, I blindly used the "cheatmenu" that my friends downloaded onto my computer and was banned in less than a minute. I do admit to using the LSS and the "cheatmenu" and I have decided that LSS is totally useless and detectable and hereby deleted it off my computer.
