Cafe List system discontinued and KAC master upgraded.

Cafe List discontinued:
In light of VALVe's work and the fact that their work is working as it should. I've decided to discontinue the Cafe List system.
What does this mean for those using KAC to block Cafes?
This means that KAC will no longer block Cafes, effective immediately.
Does this mean I have to upgrade/get other version of KAC for it to continue to work?
No, KAC will continue to function as it should. You will NOT have to upgrade or change anything about the way your server is operating. The change was done on the KAC master server.
KAC master upgrades:
I've upgraded the KAC master server to function with the Lobby Steam IDs that are now flooding it from L4D servers.
This means that the global banlist will now work for L4D servers stopping people who have been known to cheat before in any Source game from entering their servers.
The upgrades also mean that people using cracked L4D servers will see KAC banning the people using cracked clients!
It has always been KAC's stance that we do not allow cracked clients in servers. We do not support piracy!
