Due to a source engine bug. Hackers have the ability to upload malicious files to a server disguised as sprays if sv_allowupload is 1. This bug is a engine related issue and it is up to Valve to fix it. Until Valve patch this bug, the recommendation is to disable server uploads completely by having sv_allowupload 0 in your server.cfg which will remove the ability to upload such files. The only bad thing about this temporary fix is it will mean sprays will not work as all uploads have been blocked, but really think of it like this Sprays or Security?
Does Kigen's Anti-Cheat" (1.2.1.0) fix this problem/exploit?
Is it safe to turn back on sprays/sv_allowupload if running Kigen's Anti-Cheat" (1.2.1.0)?

sv_allowupload / sv_allowdownload didn't fix the exploit anyway.

Those are outdated for most games.
The new ones are spread though the last 15 or so pages depending on game.
