Can KAC ban to another ban list?

KAC normally bans to banned_users.cfg. Is there a way to make it ban to banned_users.cfg and to another ban list like kac_bans.cfg? kac_bans.cfg would execute with the server and will prevent people from unbanning people banned by KAC by re-banning them every map change.

KAC leaves banning to the server. It isn't practical to try and split this between config files because the built-in ban system is out of KAC's control.
I suggest installing SourceBans if you'd like to see what made which ban.

And then change in sourcebans so admins only can edit the bans they have made
