Kigen's Anti-Cheat

So i had a couple hackers today, and when i would show up, no one(including me) would have any admin power in the server.
Using source mod of course. So that no one without rcon could ban these hackers, im pretty sure at least one of them was using lss not sure though, but if i did sm_rehash then admin worked again, and nothing seems to be changed on server though?

Wondering if you know if they were causing that somehow?

Well ive been looking into this i think its most likely just a coincidence and a problem with sourcebans.
