im installing KAC but prob with steam id

i have try to install KAC on both of my server... its done successfully but one prob... my steam id is legit , the steam id of my partner is legit... and both try to connect to my server and said steam id banned check why at this website.... i check in master kac list and im not listing and my friend are not listing too, i try to desactivate by add the line... //kac_validate 0 but not work.... any ideas how to fix this or why its happen??? ... steam legit and not listing on master kac
