Could need some Help

Hi Guys
So first, i'm Swiss, so my english is not the best =)
We have a few Servers, but since 2 Weeks it's getting horrible on one of our Deathmatch Servers (CS:S).
After serveral times of Mani Server Overtakes, i started to check google for some help.
And i found something called KAC - a few minutes more in Google and i found your page ^^
My Main-Question is: I couldn't find a "How to install" Tutorial or something like that,
is somebody out there who has a Link (to a Tutorial) or could tell me how to install it properly?
