Removing a GLobaled

I have a member who was KaC banned from your server. How could I unban him? I need to know because he is a loyal member and he was being stupid and hacked.
As far as being unbanned from the KAC global ban list, that probably has no chance of being done.
Locally on your own server that is another thing entirely.
To give you an idea of my personal commitment to KAC.
I have warned my own members that if they are banned by KAC,
that it is an irreversible ban from our servers, forums & vent.
Cheaters in my opinion deserve no respect.
