My Server - KAC Global BAN! Help?

Hi.
I have a server. And this server is running KAC system.
Its very cool but i have a problem.
Does the KAC Global Banlist work on my server - I dont have sourceban - And can the Global ban system work with non sourceban server?
I dont think global banlist is on.

You don't need Sourcebans to use the global ban list. The networking inside KAC makes it impossible for someone on the global list to join your server unless you disable use of it.

Okay..
I have installed KAC on my server - But are the global banlist active? On. From the start?
Or shall i write a command?

It should be active as soon as you install KAC as long as KAC is working

How can i be addet to the Global Banlist? What scripts can add me to the global banlist?
I dont want it - But im intra:)

Only trusted servers can send bans to the global banlist. All others read.
