Players on ban list being allowed in server

We have KAC sucessfully installed on our server, and it detects player "Go Get 'Em" as being on the MBL, however it just says hes banned etc, but allows him to connect and stay on the server:

Steam ID is NOT banned.
Thats what came up when I searched your MBL, however the console was being spammed with messages along the line of him being banned for cvar consistency etc. The guy was aim-botting and speed hacking etc.
