Banned on eGO servers

Hello. Well, I just got home from school, I get on, and it says that I was banned. I hadn't played for a second, it said I was already banned. I looked at the forum at eGO community and it said that I had changed something like sv_soundvisual or whatever. So I told them, and they said to come here.
Any help getting me unbanned?
