Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I was playing in a server which I was fairly new to, after about 10 minutes or so, I had typed: "cs 2 first". Though it doesn't entirely matter, but in case of curiosity, a few people were talking about how Portal 2 was coming out first, so I had typed that. Anyways, about 4 seconds after I had typed that, I get banned. Checked that server's community website, and it said ban by console. I then asked the server owner, who had told me it was related to KAC so there was nothing that he was able to do.
