How to enable the lua ban

How do I enable the lua ban. I joined my own server with lua scripts on and it didnt ban me... I even ran a bhop script to see even further and its a big no. Yet it is installed right cuz I tried to exploit my own server and it banned me.

The LUA ban is enabled automatically as it is considered a cheat by KAC. Recently there has been a work around to bypass KAC and not get detected. Kigen says he knows how to stop this, but is not saying anything as of now.
