Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I was just wondering, how you determine what servers upload their KAC bans to the global banlist? One of my servers has hundreds of bans, mostly from KAC, and I was wondering if we could contribute to the global banlist.

I believe it is the servers that Kigen has direct access to the log files one (as an admin of those servers)
