hey guys im back my in game name is »NWA« TriggerHappy n u guys said i was unbanned but im still banned in other servers idk why?

That ban is probably local and no longer has anything to do with the global banlist anymore. You'll need to appeal to the local server administrators to get unbanned from that specific server.
Also, elmo, in your case that may be because you tried that server within 6 hours prior. See KAC caches positive bans for 6 hours so someone who is on the global banlist cannot spam connect the server to play for a few seconds at a time (depending on however long it takes to receive a reply back from the master server).
