Thanks. I was playing on 3 maps there. de_dust2 and de_kabul2 was normal and after 10 minutes(so after playing over 1 hour on this server) playing on de_aztec I was banned.
My friend checked this command and Counter Strike Source after trying to change this value send msg that client can't change this value, because it's changeable only on server-side. So my question is - how I can be banned for command which value I can't change. And finally, I never tried to change this value during the game. I wonder why the first reason was only "KAC and after a few minutes it was like : KAC: ConVar sv_consistency violation.

Not knowing the server you were banned on,
I can't reply other than you are not currently showing on the global KAC ban list.
You would need to check with the server provider and ask them.
