Report a cheater plugin and thought maybe it would be an interesting option to record a demo for 15 seconds and then to ban?

I prefer
my system of always recording demos. It allows people to get a recording of a game they liked, and for me to lookup any accusations of cheating and/or racism etc. in voice chat.

Interesting idea, what do you use to post your demos for others to download.
As in I would do this, but don't want the public to have access to my server space.
Or do you just manually move your demos to a web space?
We also use SourceBans for our ban system
