Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I used to play CSS on a server that use KAC and when I came back fro ma break, I couldn't join. It said I was banned from KAC servres. I was like what?!? I never have cheats or hacked. May I ask why?
My steam id is STEAM_1:0:17605951

I did a ban check against the KAC ban list

Checking 'STEAM_0:1:17605951'...
Steam ID is NOT banned.

I'm guessing it's a local server ban.
You will need to talk to the server owner.
