Banned

Hello, I have heard of KAC before but I have never played on any KAC servers before. Anyways, this morning my friend told me about n00bsalad servers so I tried to join and it says I was banned, I am sure you know the exact message. Anyhow, I think this is due to when my account got hacked a while back he deleted all my friends, I got banned from a lot of servers I played on and such but I retrieved my account by taking a picture of my CD Key with my username on it. I have never hacked before and want to play with my friends on n00bsalad, how would I get unbanned?
