Everyone randomly kicked after installing 1.9..

Hello,
I just recently installed version 1.9 and had to uninstall it because everyone was kicked from the server. Checking the logs the reason was this:
[kigen-ac-pub-nosockets.smx] Teky*BUD* (STEAM_0:1:17643676) was command spamming this server with: es__fire weapon_sg550 kill.
It was the same reason for everyone kicked.
Mods on the server include:
Eventscripts 2.0.0.250i
GunGame 5.0.585
MetaMod 1.7.0V
SourceMod 1.2.1
Update: As of writing this I have gotten the plugin working by setting kac_cmdspam to 40.

You can also set kac_cmdspam to 0 if it is a issue with another plugin on your server.

What do I need to do to set KAC so it kicks cmd spammers instead of banning them. Eg.
@timeleft.. Or even if I could just increase the amount of times they are required to spam a cmd before it bans them.

KAC does not support cracked/non-Steam servers.
