Yes. The first numbers mean:
1 - Name copying
2 - Name hack (unconnected fools)
3 - Failure to validate in time.
4.x - Failure to reply correctly to convar query.
5.x - Failure to match server replicated convar.
6.x - Failure to match plugins convar values list.

The x is the number representing the convar they failed to match. In the Source code file you'll notice I added comments after the convar names. The numbers mean their order and what they would be shown on a ban (x). The last number is what your interested in.


for instance what the x really means? i'm sure people would like to know why they are getting banned and even more important the server owners would like to know. i understand the reason for secrecy... you can pm it to me.

Like I said, in the code there is a list of cvars with numbers after them. The last number represents x.

I am very concerned with this particular KAC ID:5.15.

In this thread it is stated that anyone caught with this is 100% running a cheat script.

I have been playing counter strike for fun and competitively for a long time. I have never in my life run a cheat script or edited anything in my config, I would not know how to. However yesterday I was kicked from a server and banned for cheating. Please read this forum thread for full info:

I run a clan and use XAC for all matches. I have a 7 digit steam ID and think anyone who cheats in anyway is very sad. I am not even the greatest player in the world and play for fun and to socialise. I am very concerned by what has happened and although I do not know anything about code, I know I have never cheated or changed anything to do with my steam account or counterstrike.

I honestly believe you need to have a look at your system. I have never changed anything on my account or steam or counterstrike config and I am happy to provide you with copies of any files from my system that might help shed some light on what is going on. In the forum thread I provided above I have been told I need to wipe my config or something, however I will not do this yet because as I say i have never had a problem before and have been playing CSS on many servers since without issue.

I would be quite grateful if you would have a look into this as I swear to you everything I have posted here is truthful, and you are welcome to check my XAC or anything else for that matter.

Again, KAC doesn't ban for script, only 3rd party cheats.
