KAC can't let me join to server

I downloaded CSS (non-steam) for long time ago. I have played with my girlfriend and everything was ok. But now I want to join to czech server (I am from Czech Republic) and KAC post me that I have been banned. I checked out on you banlist that I am NOT BANNED. So where is mistake? I have installed CSS again, use girlfriend source files and nothing. My STEAM ID is
STEAM_0:0:16777226. Please hepl me. We don't know cheats and we don't need them. Thank you a lot for your comment

Wait your using a non Steam downloaded version of Counter-Strike Source?
I generally do no support non Steam.

This is caused when a non-Steam server attempts to use KAC.
