hud fastswitch

My question is that I know that hud_fastswitch 1 has become an issue on our servers allowing riflemen and snipers an edge over most of the gamers in the server. I would like to know if we can add the cvar to stop players from using this command. I have tried kac_addcvar hud_fastswitch 1 equals kick 1 . I get all kinds of errors. Help please

Try:
kac_addcvar hud_fastswitch equals kick 1

You should set the value to what it should be.
So if your wanting people to have hud_fastswitch 0.

kac_addcvar hud_fastswitch equal kick 0
If someone came into the server with "hud_fastswitch 1" then they'd be kicked.
