Help plz

I had a guy on our server who has kac ban violation.our server isnt banning him any ideas why.

On your Sourcebans list it shows this player as blocked
Blocked (1) GeneraTe

thats not my sourcebans ,thats the one he is banned from.My server didn't bann him.

Ah ... it's just a Local KAC ban v.s. a Global KAC ban.
The server that placed him on the Sourceban list that you have linked us to is not a trusted server.
Therefore the player is able to play in your server until such time as KAC catches and flags him to your ban system for cheating.
If this same player was banned from a trusted server by KAC
the ban information would be updated to the Global ban list.
In turn the global ban list data would be updated to local KAC protected servers
and the player would then be blocked.

thanks.. makes sense . so if my kac isnt banning him then im alset .But whats difference from my kac and theres.. its has a code for drawothermodels

You have two types of servers running KAC
Public servers = anyone with a game server can install and use KAC
Public server use global KAC ban list data
Public servers do not upload to the global ban list
KAC bans originated on public servers are local server bans
Trusted server = game servers hosted by Kigen
Trusted servers upload data to the global KAC ban list
KAC bans originated on Trusted servers are global server bans
