Kigen's Anti-Cheat

Just wondering if the command
"changelevel de_dust2 (with the " infront ) can cause a KAC changelevel violation in source bans

If this is not the case could someone please explain what causes a KAC Changelevel violation

Changelevel is a known exploit with a third party plugin. Generally it is used to gain control over a server. But can be used to maliciously change the server's map.

But yes, putting a quote around the command has been known to trigger it as that is the exploits primary method.

Client's shouldn't be running the changelevel command at all (either admins or regular clients).
