Protesting Ban

Hi, I am one of the server administrators for Syndicate Gamers (sG). We installed this plugin on all servers the other day to prevent some exploits we have been vulnerable to recently. However, one of our clan members were banned by the plugin and we wanted to know why and if we can get it removed. If we can't get it removed, we will have to remove the plugin unless there is a way for us to add users to a custom whitelist for our server.

If the ban is valid it will most likely remain on the KAC ban list.
To my knowledge there is no provision for a white list.

The member in question believes it has something to do with a itunes client-side plugin he used to listen to music in game. Basically, it would replicate someone talking through a mic, but instead play music so he can hear it. (only he would hear it, no one else would). It would show a fake client with his mic that would play music from his itunes directory.

I'm fairly sure that would not cause a KAC ban.
