Website theme... e107/Joomla/CMSMS

Hello everyone... It's general discussion with subtitle 'talk about anything here', so i guess i can talk about this.
Well, i have a server and i want to create some new, good looking website for it.
To do that i need to create some theme, but i'm not that advanced to do that, especially in Photoshop. Maybe i could to it in the code way in a few weeks (lol), but not Photoshop. Maybe someone could help with that? It's Joomla OR e107 OR CMSMS template, because i'm choosing one, since i'm moving to a new hosting company. Currently i was using PHP-Fusion.

It would make much more sense to ask in the forums related to those CMS scripts, or at a general graphics design website. You will get an answer much faster that way...

Yea i know. But in official forums they ask for money which i don't have. That's why i'm asking at such websites.

Yea, Drupal maybe is good. I should try it.
