Kigen's Anti-Cheat

This might not be possible, which is fine. I bought this computer from a kid off to college. CS Source was on it, and I hadn't played CS myself since college. I'm able to play most servers, but I found some where the account had been banned. No idea what for, and if it can't be undone, not a problem on my end. But, figured I'd ask.

Steam ID is on the banlist.

Google search shows several hit's on Sourceban lists for KAC violations.
Looks like the Steam account was walling in game.

6.x - Failure to match plugins convar values list.
is for client convars that don't exist on the server and thus can't be compared.
These generally are cheat convars that, on legit clients, cannot be changed from their default values.
