Kac ban/bug?

Hey today when I started up a round of insurgency, I used !guns and selected a gun I had never used. When I pressed "x" to change the fire mode to see if it had more than single fire I was immediately prompted with a message saying I was perma banned from all KAC protected servers. I have no idea why I was banned and believe it was a bug. This is the first time I've ever had any problems/been banned for "hacking". I would really like to unbanned so I don't have to repurchase some of my games to play with friends just because of an error. STEAM_0:0:23249202
