Kigen's Anti-Cheat

Hello!
I have one person on the server that doing something all the time.It comes up in the KAC log everytime but wont get banned by KAC. The log file will explode soon It looks like this:

over and over again.Are he cheating and why dont KAC take him out?

And then i have this 2 :

In other cases KAC bans as it should.

KAC doesn't ban people for that. Simply because it could be also a mod on the server causing that.
