Question about Eye Angles Violation

Hello everybody,
today a player was banned who played since several month on our servers without any problems.

All I could get from KAC.log was:
Eye Angles: 90.515151 12.623636 0.000000

What does it mean?
I read a topic of Kigen about problems with this detection after a major CSS update. Is this issue still active?
His SteamID is not on the global ban list.

cheers

If the ban is a local server ban & not on the KAC global ban list.
Without having direct access to the KAC logs.
I'm unable to advise you.

It's probably a aim hack or bullet spread hack.
Eye Angle violation can come from a variety of cheat features, No Spread/Recoil, Anti-Aim, Aimbot, etc can all trigger a Eye Angles violation.

This one is the detection routines. You aren't likely to see a whole lot from it but what it does is test for impossible eye angles coming from clients. By default a client will never send eye angles past 90 and -90 degrees on the X or Z axis. Cheats however disable this behavior for a multitude of cheat features.

I also asked because we had 12 bans because of this only on august. from feb. to june we only had 5 bans because of Eye Angles Violation.

We also use a own coded dod zombie mod. could that be something to do with this bans?

CS:S did something. Eye Angles detection should now be disabled in CS:S. If it isn't then you aren't up to date with KAC (and something is blocking auto-update).
