I have reed that that some cheaters uses proxys that inject crap in the netcode, and that they then not can be detected by vac or kac is that true?

Sounds like bullshit to me.

But it wouldn't surprise me if there are cheats that aren't detected by the current KAC.

All the plugins in the world wouldn't be a good replacement for a good admin.
