and a little note asherkin we see many other anti cheats out there who exactly does this that

KAC would have done if it wasn't open source in sourcemod, no_cheats do it and its closed source as a eventscript plug

Even closed source plugins can be reversed engineered, it's still not safe.
That's why code obfuscation, string encoding, anti-debugging, and symbol stripping exists. It won't completely stop reverse engineering but hopefully it will discourage all but the most determined reverse engineers from understanding how it works.
Yes, but it only takes 1 person to work it out and then destroy everything.
It's much safer if Kigen keeps control over the global ban list.
