If i have LSS plugin installed, but i don't run any scripts.
Will i still get KAC banned?

I agree with asherkin on this answer.
Having LSS installed is a bad idea regardless of if you have it running or idle
and will more than likely get you banned by KAC.

KAC doesn't detect LUA when it's idle apparently, as I've been in many servers with KAC but with LUA idle

Its a cat and mouse game with LSS. And one that is very hard for me to maintain being open source.
Hopefully VALVe will release their patch for the client plugin loading problem.
