it is a cvar only changeable by server, therefor this is a cheat program that tries/does (when not caught) force the sv_consistency ban for change materials such as transparent walls and or changing weapon models to better performance such as low block of sight, and or changing sounds of walking sol...

as i can see -> + time = 1440; is set to unban the ban in 1440 minutes = 1 day of ban

asherkin, well if he tried to explain it more carefully, it would be easier to support.
and yes so few selected servers are able to add too master kac ban list. i know. please do not make us look like fools. the man didnt include much information to work with.

if u mean bans for cheating, its not possible due to the kac master ban list,
means when someone is caught cheating on one server that persons steamid,
is automatically banned on all kac protected servers. if it was that u meant?

only by contacting paradox.
kac dont control all the server banned.cfgs in the world.
its an server admin that could do that on precise that server.
