How do i prevent ping masking with kac ?

Why check that convar in the firstplace?

Perhaps there should be a new module to kac, that prevent users or kicks users that tries to change the nick to often?

Peoples can still pingmask.. but that only tricks the scoreboard i think. Add a high ping kicker that checks real values instead
