#1, It's possible, KAC will not allow sv_cheats to be set to 1 and the new command spam protection has issues with some plugins, but can be disabled. Nothing wrong with a fix, but SourceMod's, and therefore KAC's, licences require that you distribute source code, you only attached the compiled plugin.

From what I understand, it's due to the person running a server side plugin, in this case zblock, on their client. IIRC, this was introduced with the latest version of KAC. You can still use KAC along with zblock/VAC/Insert other Anti-Cheat on your server.
