Nothing wrong with a fix, but SourceMod's, and therefore KAC's, licences require that you distribute source code, you only attached the compiled plugin.

I have seen an increasing number of people doing this recently. It involves adding a non-integer to the cl_cmdrate cvar, therefore corrupting the server's ping calculation and showing the client as having very low ping. From what I understand, it's due to the person running a server side plugin, in this case zblock, on their client. IIRC, this was introduced with the latest version of KAC. You can still use KAC along with zblock/VAC/Insert other Anti-Cheat on your server.
