not really, they just used the no symbol if you consider that the same, but then the no walk sign is pretty much the same too... no smoking...

mhmm, I thought it was original didnt see a logo like that before, felt all creative lol It could use bevel on the red circle and stuff to spruce it up was just rough :( Idk what else then the other idea sucked now that I think about it, i just came up with this quickly, kinda a web2.0 logo feeling,...

Here is what I came up with, any little thing you want changed, as it stands that grey part, is greyed out so if theres a black or whatever background it will change, i can make it permenant if you want... I Just wanted the crosshair on his head to stand out ;) something about his head looks weird t...
