Any idea what this is?
So I see in the logs this guy continually using/spamming this command, I googled it and found nothing. Anyone got an idea what its about? Obviously the rate commands I know but in conjunction with this"-rating 240" thing I no nothing. http://img295.imageshack.us/img295/8818/36181256.th.jpg
